    Angry Barth in the Future

Talking about older cars and what they meant to us back in high school.
Really makes me sad for then next generation and what's to come.
These soulless, computer controlled, self driving electric sleds are so sad...

Somewhere between 11k to 12k hours.

That pic was misleading. We are expected to have the flight manual pretty much memorized. The mx manuals are a step by step guide and are intended to be used as such.

Two buddies and I pooled our cash together and bought a 60 Biscayne from my friend's mechanic neighbor for $25. A 6 banger, 3 on the tree. Went to the boneyard and got some extra tires on rims for $10. We took it out to a country bar we used to hang out at (underage) which had a super steep drive going down to a parking lot bordering a lake. We would coast the car down the drive backwards and see who could get closest to the lake before letting the clutch fly. We'd burn the tires all the way up the steep slope and out on to the road. Filled the neighborhood area with major smoke. Neighbors must have loved us. We figured at the least, we'd eventually burn out the clutch or blow the thing up. After a few weekends and all out of tires and getting super-hot, the thing was still running. The mechanic neighbor got wind of this and bought it back from us for $25.
