Carrots are good in beef stew, but not in my stir fry. And snow peas…. Never, anywhere.

My wifey has southern roots, so every green bean must be cooked until the green is cooked out of them. Slow boil for a few hours at least.

My wife hates green beans, me and the grandkids love them. It's always funny the kids trying to make grandma eat the green beans. I like peas too. You guys think I'm weird?
Maybe I am weird. I love tomatoes, but I'm not fond of ketchup, and hate pizza sauce. Love pizza but go real easy on that red stuff.
