    Default Kaboom

Perusing old picts on the iMac and came across a fantastic picture of a split barrel and broken frame. Appears there was/is a squib with another round backing it up.

Good shot showing how the metal is all one piece molded into the tupperware. Must have been a fairly large kaboom to do that kind of damage. Wonder how the hand came out in the whole deal?

I'd guess he felt it all the way down to his socks! Would make the sting from holding a baseball bat too loosely pale in comparison I'd wager.

When I was loading, I always tested loads carefully. Never double tap a reload became my moto and it payed off. When a trial load stuck I'd pull out my barrel dow and knock it back. It happens, but didn't on any of my proven mixes. Of course I always 100% carried factory rounds. Reloads are range only. Now I couldn't shoot even if I had a gun, but remember liking it.

Wow! IMO, that say's a whole lot about the quality of Kahr firearms. I use to reload, but no more. Do not even like using cheap ammo like WWB or online reloads which by the way did destroy one of my guns with a round that was way too hot.
