Looking For A IWB Holster For P380 With CT Laser

The combo of gun model and laser aren't easy to find. Primary carry for it besides using a pocket holster is with workout shorts (aka no belt).
I haven't found many choices in kydex or leather that:
Have a reinforced mouth (leather).
Have a quality clip or similar for the shorts.
Aren't $80 & up.

Anyone using something similar to what I need?

For small firearms, I use a Remora for the type of dress you mention. Between the wifey and I, we use 3 different models. Without a belt, you do need some type of reinforcement on the waist of your pants/shorts aka elastic, tie, stretch, etc. They've always worked well for us. For larger firearms, I would say that a belt is definitely needed.
