I'm looking for a Brass Catcher for my M1 Carbine. The little brass deflector that is available does not work as it does not attach to the rear sight firmly.
What is out there that will work??? Thanks in advance!

You may already be aware of this, but in case that is not so, that style deflector (if we are on the same page) does not attach to the sight; rather it slips on beneath it:

Otherwise, I believe you will find the alternatives are bulky brass catchers that attach to the gun or a stand alone brass catcher.

Yes, that deflector slides under the rear sight. However, it does not seem to be very secure and feels like it will fly off. I will have to try to secure it better....?? I'm using a net but the brass fly so high it is a challenge. On the positive side, the gun is great and very accurate at 50 yards. Will try it at 100yards next week.
Would something like this work?
