In search of the DA/SA unicorn

For years I have been searching for the perfect (based on my checklist) DA/SA semi-auto pistol, and it’s like searching for a unicorn.

Here are the spec’s I really want and nothing seems to have them all:
7 to 10 rounds of at least 9mm
no more than 1 inch wide
no more than 25 oz fully loaded
must be DA/SA and hammer fired
compact to sub-compact size

Here are the guns I have or have had that don’t meet the all the specs I’d like:
HK P30sk - 29 oz loaded and more than an inch wide
Sig P239 - 32 oz loaded and discontinued
Sig P290 - no SA and discontinued
Sig P938 - SA only
other sigs - more than 25 oz and more than 1 inch wide
CZ RAMI - 28 oz unloaded and more than an inch wide
other CZ- more than 25 oz and more than an inch wide
Springfield XD-e - 29 oz loaded
j-frame only 5 rounds
kahr and glocks - striker fired
P365’s - not hammer fired

Anyone else have any ideas or suggestions?
