Functional changes to the PM9 line

Have there been any functional changes to the PM9 along the way?

Not talking about aesthetic changes like bright stainless or black or different/night sights. Changes that affect functionality, whether an improvement, to correct a deficiancy or for whatever reason.

I am thinking about getting another one.

I don't recall anything except going from the original blunt nose to the tapered front end. The recoil assembly is just a tad bit longer. Everything else is the same far as I know.

There may have been a change in the sight dove tail dimensions. Don't remember if the PM9 ever had the old style sights or not. But not a change in function. The black diamond coating was added sometime or other, but again, not a function change.

Dovetail angles changed in or right after November of 2004. AFAIK all of their guns produced after that have used the new dovetails, regardless of model.
