Odd bird inbound
Yeah, I know it could be ordered but this one was zero wait at a decent savings :-)
This one is 5" BFR in 454 Casull with a 5 round cylinder. I do not load .454 and will not load 454 I have too many calibers to deal with already, I got it specifically to shoot .45 Colt out of. I can't wait.

Congrats. Even if all you shoot is 45 Colt, it's nice to have the option of the 454 if the urge ever arises. I probably wouldn't load for either, doubt I'd shoot it enough to justify reloading. Pictures upon arrival. Don't recollect I ever saw a 5''er before.

:-) That's the main purpose for getting it! My Blackhawks are by no stretch weak sisters but this one should extend that capability. Now to segregate my no base crimp brass from those that have the "perforated" base crimp.
