No hurry at all, my friend. You can't rush greatness. "No grips will be created before their time."

Personally, I think we ought to VOTE to make this a sticky, plus start a new donation fund and call it the "Bawanna I Wanna Fund." I wouldn't know the first place to find this specialized stock you speak of, O Great One, but I could find a few spare pennies to toss into the BIWF jar.

    Just a thought....

I'm thinking about going on Shark Tank, ever seen that show. My wife loves it, I hate it. I'd go for 500,000 for 85% of my business. See what Mr. Wonderful has to say about that one.

I can see it all now.

    Them
Mr. Bawanna, what do you do?

    Me,
    I whittle wood.

    Them
    You whittle wood?

    Me,
You freaking deaf or what? Yeah I whittle wood.

    Them,
What do you value your company at?

    Me.
    Priceless

    Them
Could you put a dollar figure on that?

    Me
Whatever you give me you rich, latte sucking capitalist!

    What is your business plan

    Me
I'm gonna keep on whittling till I'm completely broke and living under a bridge in a cardboard box.
I once asked my uncle who was a farmer what he'd do if he won a million dollars. Without skipping a beat he said I reckon I'd keep on farming till I lost it all.

They sure do feel great! Glad we left them without checkering.

You really do a knockout job. Quite a few people have ooh'd, ahh'd, and oogled over them on another couple forums. I directed them to your website. Hope you don't mind.

yep his stuff is top notch. Shark tank wouldnt get it. Handmade is something that they would never understand.

BTW I love the checkering. Takes away alittle of the beautiful grain look but makes up 190% on function. Wish I could open carry so people can oogle them.

Folks seem to like the diagonal half checkering. You get some good grip quality and still get some of the pretty wood grain.

I'm experimenting trying to come up with something so the grain stays nice in the checkered area.

I've found if you have a checkered or stippled front strap you can get away with a smooth grip pretty good.

Open carry would be nice with all the nice looking holsters and wood out there. shame you always gotta keep it under wraps.

Using that theory, why do women wear Victoria's Secret underwear when no one but them see's it? (as a rule)
Because it makes them feel pretty. and they're worth it.

A Ruger SR1911 with Bawanna Grips on it IWB would make me feel pretty.

That notch in the rail is supposed to be there

"Laws that forbid the carrying of arms disarm only those who are neither inclined nor determined to commit crimes. Such laws make things worse for the assaulted and better for the assailants; they serve rather to encourage than to prevent homicides, for an unarmed man may be attacked with greater confidence than an armed man."
