Downloaded the Firefox but made a mistake and blocked all adds/photographs. It is working much faster now that the adds are not being reloaded. Just have to figure out how to get the photos back!

BTW - having the spell check is great! Extra bonus.

Yes! You can do it. If you are on Firefox download the add on called "adblock plus". Install it and then right click on each ad and choose "block image". They will be banished forever.

Never ever had a problem with the Kahrtalk site. Always loads fast. Firefox is great. Also like the new add on Do Not Track Plus. Don't like all these companies ad agencies, social networks following me around.

This is an old thread/post but I'd like to know if the same can be done using when using Google? I did try but lost to many other features in addition to ads. Firefox doesn't work well on my laptop.
