I'm a damn good good shot but my k-9 is low 2"
Need a recommendation on sight adjustments or a change of sights.
Any thoughts?

You can experiment and change your point of aim. Use the top of the dot instead of the top of the post... aim at the center of the target or at 12 o'clock... whatever works to make POAim=POImpact. Try dry firing to see if you are moving the gun any number of ways... squeezing, jerking, or pushing the gun down a bit anticipating the recoil. It's a long trigger pull with plenty of time to do something wrong.

I was wondering if it's an NYPD trigger which is even longer than the standard. Definitely more time to jerk the muzzle down anticipating the bang.

Read the friendly manual *** The notch in the rail is supposed to be there (so quit askin' about it!) *** If you ever have to manually extract an empty case from an auto-loaders chamber, don't shoot again until you've checked for bore obstructions.

That's for sure... 7 yards... 15... 25... whatever. The first time I shot my K9 back in 1998, I couldn't hit the letter-sized target at 7 yards with the first magazine. I asked one of the store/range employees to check it out. One shot... dead center. The long double action trigger needs getting used to. It was my first DAO auto.
I use the top of the post and the top of the rear sight for alignment. Some people use the dot over the post, but that's for quick, rough aiming.
I hadn't shot my P380 in a while and took it to the range a few weeks ago. I was shooting low with it, so I just covered the bull's eye and that's where the bullets went.

Ok sorry your all correct. STD Sights
7 yards Very used to the trigger as i have a cw9 (Wife) shot many rounds thru it. NYPD Trigger has no effect as I pull trigger to the "PoP" point then squeeeeeze, to fire. I may be jerk, buy when it comes to shooting I'm never "Jerky" The front sight alignment is just low 2"
I don't want to raise my aim, as I think it's a bad habit

wellur gonna have to change ur sights or change ur sight pattern. U could filedown the front sigtht a tad tobringit up, They are cold blueable. Probably ain't gonna take alot. Maybe let another good shooter shoot the gun to see what hs groups look like. MMC makes a nice adustable rear sight. I have one on my K9 andit works great..
