Homicide stats for America's biggest cities (Per Capita)

    • Memphis, Tenn. 306 homicides. The homicide rate was 48.7 per 100,000.
    • Detroit. 303 homicides. ...
    • Milwaukee, Wis. 195 homicides. ...
    • Atlanta. 159 homicides. ...
    • Kansas City, Mo. 156 homicides. ...
    • Louisville, Ky. 192 homicides. ...
    • Indianapolis. 239 homicides. ...
    • Las Vegas. 152 homicides.

As you can see there are actually more repub led cities at the top of the list as the problem is a combination of poverty, lack of upward mobility, traditional family value breakdown, and of course drugs along with lenient sentencing guidelines in many cases (repeat offenders!).

Around 13% of the population causes near 50% of the violence, mostly concentrated among African Americans and Native Americans (NA's are a tiny fraction of the total population and that number, but have a higher per capita murder rate than most). Whites, Asians, and Hispanics are all similar in per capita murder percentages.

Both sides of government have failed this issue forever, as most in government are more interested in making themselves rich than anything else.

OK, back on topic, sorry for the derailment!

I want a hybrid double stack PM9 about the same width as a PM45, with the roughly 4" grip height (and a rail too!). I run my PM9 with a Hogue grip sleeve, so the slightly wider frame would be awesome for me!).

P.S. Air Force brat here LOL!
Is that a list from 1960?

@brettabone, That is per 100,000 population, not total number.

I can't believe that Baltimore and Chicago aren't on the list.

14.5 murders in Jacksonville per hundred thousand, in 2020.

St. Louis is at 64.54 per 100,000, ranked 9th in the world way behind a bunch of Mexican cities.

As we know a firearm does not always kill a assailant. I think a better number to gauge the violence is the number of shooting that occur. As a example: (also see shot placement) This is from Crap Hole Chicago, which I believe is in 10th place of the Crap Hole League of America. What is important is to understand that Crap hole shooting get figured into Firearm shooting and the Libs do not want to tell you that they themselves are the one's doing the extremely VAST amount of killing or that it is they that are not effected by buy laws. Crapcago has some of the most strictest gun laws in the nation. The gun laws are meant for one thing. To Keep the Law abiding citizen from protecting himself or family. Much the same way DC is trying for legislation to "SOFTEN CAR HYJACKING AND OTHER VIOLENT CRIMES.

Notice that 40 shot and killed while a large number does not come close to the actual violence from shooting which is about 4 to 5 times that number. And that does not include other violent crimes like rape, car jacking, robbery and on and on.
*And this is just January alone.

    January To Date
    Shot & Killed: 40
    Shot & Wounded: 165

    Total Shot: 205
    Total Homicides: 43

Wear a large or X-large glove depending upon the brand. Use a grip sleeve on both PM9 and TP9 because the grips are a little too thin. For me, having an extra few rounds in a slightly bigger grip seems a better idea than a grip sleeve.
