I got one for my PM45 from the Kahr shop. It's made by Gould and Gouldrich but I couldn't find them anywhere but the Kahr shop.
I'm pretty sure they had the model for the PM9 so it should work for the CM as well. It's a nice ankle rig, nice neoprene (skin diver suit material) with sheepskin where it hits your ankle. Very nice positive thumb break and comes with a calf strap too if you desire.
I think it was around 80 bucks if my memory is working at all.
