Well thats gubment for ya....I lived in Charlotte N.C. when Hurricane Hugo came through and tore the city apart...We were without power for 14 days and the mayor didn't declare a state of emergency even though they probably should have, there was more than a few cases of electrocution due to all the down power lines....So it seems that in King snow is more dangerous than a hurricane??? I think I would have been tempted to get drunk and go out in the yard and fire off an few rounds while screaming "Come and get me coppers you'll never take me alive"....
