United Nations found that over 70% of all homicides in South America are as a results of guns - in Western Europe, the figure was closer to 25%.
I have found that 100% of homicides are committed by hands. So, since they seem to want to disarm the citizens and torch their guns, I think a better plan would be to torch the hands of the murders.

Hugo Chavez is a Putz of the first order. Dictator, Tyrannt, useless SOB....did I leave anythings out...????
