Default BBL switch

Could you put a CW 45 BBL in a P45 or PM 45 ? Shoot lead bullets

without messing with the gun? Thank you

my bet is yes, but a quick phone call to kahr tech service or even emailthem willget the for sure answer that you are looking for. I would think as long as the barrel was not shorter than the one you are replacing it would work perfect. Kahrs proted barrels extend beyond the slide..

I was speaking with Kahr today when I ordered my neckchain holster for my P380. I hit them with your question. It sounds like you can use a CW45 barrel in a P45 but not vice versa due to a length issue. The CW Barrel is a tad longer. Sounds like you are good to go. You may want to call to confirm before you order parts however.

WMD,
Thank you. Sounds like I need to call them. If it works for P45
it should work for PM 45 also?

That's an interesting question.....seems like it should. I think you should just buy one and try it and let us all know how it works out.

What is SPS?
I have been shooting lead thru my P-45 with success, not even much more difficult to clean.

I also shoot lead in my PM 45. I had to go from .452 to .453 to stop the leading. It did though, and now I get zero leading.

I've heard it's more a pressure issue than just a leading issue. I'll search and see if I can find the source of this memory.
The jist is you could shoot lead thru a polygonal barrel 1000 times but it might blow on 1001. No way to really tell.
