Any one ever used Titan ?

I was checking reloading equip sales, and found "Titan Reloading", an exclusively "Lee" dealer. Since I have mostly Lee equip, I liked their site.
Question: Anyone ever used them? Here's what I'm looking at'
.45 carbide die set- $29.71
once fired brass(from local PD)- $15.93 for 250 count, says has been tumbled and inspected
These prices competitive?

Hmmm No I don't recall Titan Reloading. The only Titan I remember came in natural and lubed for about $2 a 6 pack, but then it's been quite a while back at that.
