What paddle holster is suggested for the CW9? I'm new to Kahr, but it looks like the CW9 will become my "slip on, slip off" pistol. Paddle holsters have worked pretty good for me in the past.

I have a Comp-Tac paddle holster for my CW9. The holster holds the pistol tight under a jacket and is an excellent compact holster. I like the brand and have four of their holsters for different pistols.

I'm not sure about the CW9, but my CW 40 and 45 work very well in a
blackhawk I bought for my 1911's. Even the finger operated retention system works as it should.

Can you get me the model number of the holster you use with the CW45?
I wrote Blackhawk asking if they had one that fit the CW45 and they told me no.

Thanks

Drives me crazy that the makers state will not fit, when it works perfectly! Sig claims their paddle wouldn't work on my model 229, went out tot the car got my gun and it fit perfectly!

I believe Bladetech makes a paddle holster for the cw series. I think it's like $60- somehthing which I think is kinda pricey for a kydex paddle holster.

Oops, I just checked and I was mistaken. As pacman said it is a Bladetech that fits the CW's and it doesn't have a model number on it. They look almost alike. It's a custom leather belt holster that works with the CW's and 1911's. I don't remember where I got it, but it's the one I usually carry because it fits the CW 40 and 45 and also my 1911's. Those are the the pistols I carry about 95% of the time. Sorry!

The CW9 is a bit smaller than the cw40 & 45 so it may fit loose in1911 holster.

My CW9 fits tight in the 1911 holsters that I have. They are a Galco Leather Paddle L819 WC for a Commander, a Bianchi #19 Lined and a Safariland #568 for 5" models. Too tight.

I have a Don Hume, IWB for a Commander, that the CW9 actually fits pretty good in. It's still a tighter fit than the Commander is.

I've ordered a Fobus paddle and I'm now having second thoughts. I suspect I should have listened to RKirk.

How did that Fobus work out? Which model did you buy? Thanks...

Say what?

Just hanging out here, watching for the post on which holster works with a CW 9, 40, or 45. I've been watching a few auctions floating on the evil bay and don't want to buy the wrong one.

The Fobus C-21B holster works in several reviews that I have found. For less that $25 its worth a look. I had a Fobus holster several years ago and liked it very much. I had the paddle version. Very convenient...

Has anyone tried the Fobus R1911 Evolution Paddle Holster for Kimber, Colt, Springfield & 1911 Clones? They say it fits 1911 Style with rails (Kimber, Springfield, Colt, etc.). This "with rails" thing has me confused.

Thanks!

I use the C21-B for my PM9 and PM45. They kind-of-sorta work for the PM9 out of the box but not so for the PM45. I modified both to work perfectly. I posted picts a while back.

My Fobus Elite for 1911 arrived today. It was a good deal on the evil-bay.

The Kahe CW45 did not fit. The slide is too big and blocky.

Same story with the CM40.

The CM9 slide is narrow enough to fit, but the trigger guard is too wide.

The 1911 fits wonderfully.

My update: that C21B arrived and I needed to back the tensioning screw all the way out to use this holster. that is not exactly what I would call "working". It will do until I get a holster custom made for that gun...
