can anybody tell me the manufacture date of my PM9 9093?

Serial # IB17XX

Also, there was no spent shell casing in my plastic box, is this typical
for Kahr pistols??, this is the first own I have owned.

The best way to determine whe your Kahr was made is to contact Kahr, by phone or by email, and provide to them your serial number.

My PM9 (PM9094N) #VD4825 was made on 02/27/2008.

I have only had my PM9094NA for a few days and there was not a spent shell from the test firing in my box as well.

#IBxxxx is the newest serial number for the PM9. I believe they started in late spring, around May, I think. As a previous poster mentioned, call Kahr if you need more specific information.

ur right he has the latest models out, not sure of any changes in quite some time either but his just should be warm from being made even.
