I had a complete lockup at the range yesterday with my walther pps, so I will be carrying my cm9 full time now instead of occasionally. I need a good holster for IWB that won't break the bank. I really like the white hat holsters leather/kydex 2 clip holster I use for the walther, but I don't need that much support for the lighter cm9. Any suggestions?

I bought a RM Lowrider from a member here.
As IWB's go...I like it a lot.

The PJ looks similar and comes highly recommended by others here.

Not sure how much you want to spend but the N82 (Nate Squared) Tactical is, by far, the most comfortable IWB I have ever tried or worn. I wear it every day - all day - throughout various activity times and it is awesome.

Just my 2 cents.

Ozarks Holster Company makes a very nice hybrid. Leather is made from horsehide and are priced at $45.

as a holster maker, I will say that I agree with the OP. the two clip holsters are great for compact and up. but they are just too much for a very small lightweight gun like a cm9. the holster weighs almost what the gun does. I prefer single offset clips for smaller guns. even the clip being on center can be much. think about it... adding and 1/8 on leather and or 1/8 in clips puts you in glock 26 thickness. that's exactly why I like the kahrs, because they are thin. I have all three holsters above made for my PM45 right now. be happy to post pics if people are interested.

This is my Sig 938 in Panther Concealment Holster. This is a great holster for the Kahr as well. I just don't have pics available. It's very light and comfortable, and runs around $50.

for what it's worth being such a small and light gun you don't need 2 clip setup but a single clip on would work. MDJstore.com is good also for a hybrid like you mentioned earlier and they sell on ebay for around 30 bucks shipped.

panther holster looks pretty good. be careful of the clip. it looks to be kydex. sometimes they break if you bend them a lot.

What about a Remora. I am getting one for my CM9 because it holds a G19 fully loaded just fine.

+1 on the Remora it holds real well with no added bulk. Also super easy to put in and take off.

Great suggestions, guys, I bought the N82 for $40 and am wearing it now for the first time. Hopefully it will work out for me. I haven't tried reholstering yet, I think that is also important, it's why I don't go with remora's.

Hopefully the "situation" never arises, but I don't think I will be worrying about trying to re-holster my CM9.
