If I am not mistaken, I believe the extended mag on the PM40 and PM45 are about the same (appearance). If so, I've attached some old pics of my PM40. At the time it was wrapped with Agrip material. Now only the extended mags are wrapped at the base. I don't take the mags apart very often, so I left the agrip material on to enhance the grip. Hope these help you.

PM45, 7 rd mag arrived very fast. Loads and works very well. More positive control when removing from iwb holster. Would like to have the black butt extended up about another 1/2" just to cover the stainless steel. Blends better I feel. No big deal. I'm planning on getting another mag. PM45 still has good conealment poperty's with the 7. I do have pictures one inserted and one next to the grip. Can't figure out how to attach the pictures yet. don't think I'm alowed to yet.

Here's my PM45 magazine post... all Kahr mags for PM45 shown in several pix:

I carry the flushest magazine for concealed carry, but carry the 7-rd extended grip magazine for a reload. I always carry a Kahr High-Capacity reload! :D

Thanks for the help. I am planning on a p45 purchase in near future. I assume the p45 mag will work with the pm45. Only 100 rounds through the pm45 so far. 3 FTEs all on last round of the magazine. Maybe result of limp wrist. Otherwise I really like the gun; hence the plans for a p45. Thanks again. Bob

I finally finished editing my earlier post... interrupted!

All but the 5-rounder will fit the P45. I hope to get a DLC P45 with night sights some day when it gets high enough on my got-to-have list. I've bought too many pistols and other guns this year!

Check that the magazine spring is installed with a free end to the front of the follower for maximum lift!
