been carrying my pm9 with the winchester pdx 147gr 9mm rounds. i've noticed that some people carry the +P or +P+ rounds and i have seen that winchester offers the pdx in a 124gr+P but i'm not sure about going this route with the pm9 because of barrel length as i read an article by a winchester ballistics guy that said the slower heavier rounds would perform better in defensive situations with a short barrel pistol. any thoughts?

You may also want to check out the test results for 9mm ammo on the Golden Loki website. The test gun was a KelTec with a 3.1 inch barrel so the results for a PM9 should be practically the same.Several rounds performed very well.

thanks for the links. i'm sold on the ballistics of the pdx 9mm but am more curious about the shooting feel & performance differences with the pm9.
