I picked up a P380 aboud two weeks ago and have been so impressed with it that today when I saw a PM45 sitting on the shelf I just had to have it. Shot 56 rounds through it today and it ran perfect. 50 of those were 850fps ball ammo and recoil seemed easy for such a small pistol. The last 6 were 1150fps corbon +p and man did the monster come out then!

Now I need a good IWB holster for it. I was thinking about a crossbreed. Any suggestions from you Kahr owners?

I have 2 PM45 holsters from the Bulldog Leather company and they are the best and most comfortable holsters I own. The holsters are far less expensive than the " big name" models but are well designed and very well crafted. I carry a PM45 every day for at least 10 hrs per day and the Bulldogs make it easy.
The owners name is Randy Cooley and he's 20+ yrs LEO so he knows his stuff.

I've spoken with him when I ordered mine but have not met him in person

his website is Bulldog Leather Company - Home (http://www.bulldogleathercompany.com)

Wish I could figure out how to post a photo. His IWB mod is spectacular and Lou Alessi built all my stuff for 25 years.

I carry my PM45 in a Spartan Minotaur from Comp-Tac. It's basically the same as the Crossbreed, just with more adjustability in the cant of the holster and different belt clips. I've been extremely happy with it.

jhiller,

Thanks for the kind words. I'm very honored to even have my name mentioned in the same thread as Lou Alessi. He has always been an insperation to me.
I found a photo of the exact IWB holster I built for you with my personal PM45, as well as a photo of another customers belt-slide holster that is the same model as your beltslide. The Kahr P380 holster was designed and built for a NY state investigator. I know how to buid holsters and post photos, I only wish I was a better photographer :)

To ge a good picture its all about the lighting! Wait untill about 1hr before dark and take it outside. Makes a world of difference.

I'll have to try one of your holsters in the near future. Looks comfy.

Well, I ordered a D.M. Bullard combo IWB & OWB for the pm45 and got it in the mail today. So far I am VERY impressed with it. It fits perfect and is pretty comfortable. I imagine that after a little break in period it will be a really comfortable rig. I also got a double thick gunbelt from them and I can't tell you how satisfied I am with it. Its great.

I carry a cw45 in a crossbreed supertuck everyday, I absolutely love it. I know most of the time finding the right holster ends up taking buying 2 or 3 or even more to find the one that works for that gun, type of carry, and personal preference. I must have gotten lucky with the crossbreed, I could not be happier with it.
