I haven't tried the full size, but my SIG 1911 C3 runs like a champ.

Reading through the 1911 section really gave me the bug; In the last few months I have also added these two; so for the moment I have three 1911 pattern handguns.

I bought all of them used, but they are in great shape the two Sigs are 2009 and 2010 build dates. The LDA must be a 2002 2003 build.

I am a lefty so my next project may be to add ambi safty to one or more.

I remember when I was looking at the GSR compact you gave me some comments; thanks for those; I am happy with the both the Sig and the Para:D

You're quite welcome. I also have three, a small, medium and large. All of mine were new in the last 6 months - A Springfield, SIG, and Rock Island.

been looking at the Rock Island 1911; going to a local gun show this weekend and you never know what you may find....

Had some good luck at the gun shows this past year.:rolleyes:
