Try pushing down on the ejector just a bit, it doesn't really move much but sometimes just enough. Otherwise what Dao said above. I'm still thinking. Seems I did this before and the ejector trick did it for me.

Thanks Bawanna. Sorry for the late reply; I didnt have my thread notification on.
My ejector doesn't budge, even slightly. Welp, back to the mothership it goes.
Thanks for all the replies, it needs some factory TLC. I will post the results when I get them.
UPDATE: Send my P380 back to Kahr and they turned it around in 3 weeks.
"Action Taken: Fitted extractor channel. Fitted polymer frame rails. Able to disassemble and reassemble firearm without issue. Replaced inner and outer recoil springs. Function check, passed. Test fired 2 full mags."
Haven't been to the range yet, but I'm happy with the turnaround time and level of work done.
Sounds like maybe the frame rails weren't set properly? I didn't know they could move those once they were embedded. Perhaps they filed one or both down a bit?
First time I've even seen mention of a (edit: not striker) extractor channel needing work. But I'm glad they took care of you and I would expect it will run fine at the range now. Thanks for the update!
