Occasionally the wrong item gets ordered with any company. They will make it right. Do you have any tracking info or the actual date of shipment? Shipping delays can occur outside of Kahr, so it may not necessarily be something wrong they did if you still haven't received it. You can always try them again and ask for tracking info, or at least ask them to track and see where it is.
