I was in my mom's belly when those came out. I know some of them but not all. Growing up my folks only listened to both kinds of music, country and western. I had to discover everything else on my own.
You’re my age, then! We heard a nice variety of music in our house. About all I missed out on was blues, since I guess no radio station in our towns played it. I was born again musically when I started listening to blues.

Also The Animals are missing I remember as kids in school arguing with class mates "who do you like better" and THE ANIMALS were always part of the discussion.
The schools also banned kids from wearing BEETLE BOOTS and tight white jeans!
