I personally do not believe having a DA/SA on a Snub nose gun is anything but dangerous. First they will snag, at least for me. I have had them snag many times. And anyone that would use anything but a DA in self defense is setting themselves up for disaster. Besides, I am a DAO fan.
If I were to get another revolver it would be the Taurus Ultraligt six shot with the enclosed hammer or maybe the Kimber Xs.. I see one now for $300.

I carry an SP101 with hammer. Never had a snag or any other issue ever. Safer than carrying something with a Glock like trigger.......................
