The Alfred E. Newman mask sorta gives a clue. And the text is very sardonic, like Monty Python. I have the Monty Python books, and that’s not from there.

Man of steel - Kahr T9, SP101, 1911
Back in the late 60’s in Atlanta there was a pet store in the Lenox Square mall shopping center that sold little 4” baby alligators for pets real cheap but the store made their money on aquariums and all the stuff to go in them…..Lots of people bought little gators but quickly found out they don’t make very good pets at all, they stink and like to bite the hand that feeds them……Most died in captivity but some were let go into creeks and lakes to fend for themselves, what could possibly happen?…….
Ahh, such innocent times.
