The guy would have been a LOT closer to Trump on the 6th Tee where he was waiting, had he not been spotted so early.

Some who understands the 7.62 X 39's ballistics can make that shot at 400 - 500 yds, but not likely a convicted felon bozo like this crazy, especially if he's using some cheap ruski steel cased crap ammo?

That 400-500 yards talked about is the distance between the shooter and Trump when the shooter was spotted while he was waiting. When you check the photo it appears the shooter was about 100? Yards from the 6th hole green where Trump was headed. So it would have been a much easier shot when Trump was in line of sight.
