    Default New TP45

I took out mey new TP45 On Thursday and put 50 rounds of Blazer 230 FMJ and 20 rounds of Hornady 185 Polymer tipped HPs with no bobbles or stoppages. Went back out this morning to sight in my new Meprolights and and ran another 50 each of WW white box 230, Remington UMC 230, Blazer 230, 20 rounds of Hornady 200 grain TAP and 20 rounds of the Hornady 185 Polymer Self Defense rounds. Very very reliable and consistant. The long Kahr trigger pull is a little hard to get used to, but I really enjoy shooting this one. I'm used to upper end 1911s, Hi Powers, XDMs and Smith revolvers, but this one is going to be my CCP gun and I think it is going to do very well.

Just another update. I'm probably over 600 rounds. I'm really starting to like this little gun! Still no malfunctions of any kind, other than Magtech ball ammo. Wouldn't feed at all. I took the trigger out and radiused and polished it and it is really easy on the hands now. I've got a Crossbreed holster coming in the next (hopefully) 3- 4 weeks and I can't wait.

Outstanding report. I'm starting to like that little gun and I've never even seen it. Glad it's working to well for you.

The other day while checking my crystal ball I saw a cloudy image of a TP or a T 45 in my future. Probably distant future but future none the less. I'll keep ya posted.

Enjoy, I think you have a new soul mate.

alot of people seem so surpirsed when they report no issues. Never surprises me at all. Kahrs are great guns, things do happen to some but most never belch one time..
