Don't bother posting on the ct forum doesn't seem like anyone is monitoring it. no responses.

I've also looked there. You might get a reply saying "I have the same problem" There seem to be like 1 or 2 replys per thread, and about 400 views. Not a very helpful forum over there IMO.
