    I had to read it a couple of times and then compare, again, the PM9 (which functions perfectly) and the CW45. I can see now where the cocking cam comes considerably higher (and above the top of the frame) when the trigger is pulled on the 45 versus the 9; I also note that the back end of the trigger bar goes down more on the 9 when the trigger is pulled. The CW45 is pictured first:

    And with the trigger relaxed, the back of the trigger bar seems higher on the CW45, which is the first picture. I'll be contacting Kahr with this new info and forward your info and hopefully get this thing running better. Thanks again!

    Default Back to Kahr again

    Heard from Jason today and he concurs that the cocking cam is sticking up too high so off it went back to Kahr this afternoon.

    You have some perseverance there AFDoc.
    The only thing better than having all the guns and ammo you'd ever need would be being able to shoot it all off the back porch.
