Nice! Yes, I’ve never understood the oh so difficult to get to mag release on some AR’s, other than possibly avoiding accidental activation during a rough and tumble combat situation. I have one that was a custom build I bought from a guy and it has that extended release (love it) and is night & day from my others. I wish I knew who made it so I could research fitment and possibly duplicate it on the others. Who made your extended release if I may ask?Originally Posted by jeepster09

Colonel, so is that bolt release activated by pushing the lower serrated area by the Troy logo? Hmmmmm!

It's activated by the lever that is on the ejection port side of the frame. Take your finger off the trigger, put it straight, push down and the bolt releases.

Well that sounds a heckuva lot easier to activate than the itsy bitsy stock piece. Looks like I have 2 parts needed on a few of mine. Hopefully the wife will issue me a "bonus' soon. If not, Christmas is right around the corner!!!
